An award winning and proven industry technology business executive, with extensive experience in driving significant gains in revenues and bottom–line profits through superb client facing relationship management, competitive entrepreneurial spirit, and dynamic thought leadership skills. Expertise across full range of Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), Federal Litigation Support, Analytics, Cyber, Digital Forensics, Video & FOIA as a Services, Enterprise Architecture (EA), governance, Quality Management process improvement, strategic project and program management functions securing with over $10 billion-dollar federal contracts working in this public sector arena. His numerous awards and accolades across the Federal Industry and consistent record of growth, innovation attest to the knowledge, skill, and value he brings to any organization.
For more than 18+ years, Mr. Logan has demonstrated expertise in business development leadership and financial growth, including successful business expansion of CACI’s industry-leading Investigation and Litigation Solutions Operating Group. Recently, Mr. Logan worked as a Senior Executive within the Investigation, Litigation and Enforcement Business Group for CACI International Incorporated (Inc.). Mr. Logan was a member of the senior management team responsible of expanding its investigation and litigation business practice and development activities to provide enterprise-wide support in the areas of Federal Government investigatory, litigation, and oversight agencies. Mr. Logan was part of leading high performing team of 10K+ employees (lawyers, para-legal, economists, consultants & IT expert personnel). He was personally credited by winning over $2 Billion federal contracts and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit that drive significant gains in accelerated corporate revenues and bottom–line profits. Since 1978, CACI has been involved with some of the largest Government litigations of the past few decades. CACI has assisted 100s of Federal Agencies (e.g., DOJ/USAO’s, SEC, OCC, CFPB, OTS, FDIC, FHFA and FDIC), supported over 1000s of cases and driven multi-billions in recovery and savings for our federal customers. Prior to joining CACI, He held senior executive management positions for companies like Evolver, Merlin, ManTech, CSC, PPC and Robbins-Gioia.
Mr. Logan completed his undergraduate studies at Northern Arizona University (NAU) with double major BS Political Science and BA International Affairs on a full scholarships. Furthermore, He earned graduate degrees from various premier educational institutions like the George Washington University (School of Business and Elliott School of International Affairs), Cornell and Stanford University. Also, He also attended the Regent University, School of Government and School of Law in Virginia Beach. He had spoken to various national and international events and hold many various professional certifications and recipients of many national /international awards including: 2013 Partners Fellow sponsored by the American Council for Technology/Industry Advisor Council (ACT-IAC), 2008 IPMA Young Project Manager Excellence Award, 2005 PMI Community Advancement Award Through Project Management, 2004 Inducted on the Asian-American Hall of Fame by Asian Leaders Association (ALA) and selected Who’s Who of American Executives and Professionals from 2005 until present. Mr. Logan and his wife also founded their non-profit organization called Tsedeq International that provide assistance to many street children at high risks in Asia by establishing micro enterprise livelihood programs to combat poverty and advocate for their protection.
